Skyline Chili INC in Cleveland

Delicious chili and spaghetti, and their cheese coney dog is to die for! I love the customer service at this Skyline Chili. I would recommend this! Wish there's some Skyline Chili restaurants at Lapeer, Macomb and/or Oakland counties of Michigan, but if I ever come to the Cleveland area again, this would be one of the first ones to dine in!

Grew up with skyline chili. Love the stuff. Really like the " lunch line" way of ordering. Polite and friendly employees.

We have been going here for years. Usually good. Not so good lately. New employees need better training.

Remember this is not gourmet food. It’s a Cincinnati chain that is a must have if you live in NE Ohio. The hot sauce is great and goes well with the rest of the menu.

When I say you can never have too much cheese on anything...I'm wrong. There's cheese loaded on everything. Not in a bad way either. Loved the spaghetti 5 ways I think it was and chilli cheese hot dog! Also free ice cream...I think. 🤣🤣🤣. 👍👍

I'm a huge fan of the vegetarian chili it is extremely filling and we'll seasoned.

Never wanted to try this place cuz the food looks.... Idk... Nasty online but it is DELICIOUS and AFFORDABLE

Although the menu is not as full of variety like in Cincinnati locations, items missing such as chili dip and double or triple deckers, its still delicious. Its my go to place when I'm homesick. Clean, friendly and affordable.

Really good hotdog. Hot bun, perfect hot dog. Salad good too.

Service and cleanliness can be hit or miss at this location. Much better in suburb locations. The meal I had on this day was pretty decent.

You either love this chili or you hate it. There is no middle ground. Personally, I recommend the Coney Bowl.

don’t waste your time here. this place is disgusting. there’s fruit flies EVERYWHERE. the floors are stained. the ceilings are falling apart. it smells and looks dirty. the food is barely ever warm. the chili is usually cold and watery. they have a bunch of new people there who barely know what they’re doing. the bald guy is scary looking. they also take FOREVER to clear off the tables. the management here sucks, especially the lady named dee

I eat here frequently and it's great. I grew up in Cincinnati so it's a little bit of a taste of home. Not only that but the staff has always been stellar.

The customer service was on point! And the food was just as good as expected! My 2 picky daughters even liked it

I saw this place on facebook and was going to Cleveland anyway. It looked so good we took the time to go. The food was delicious and good portions. Fantastic restaurant!!!

I used to work here and I love everyone there. The work can be tough but all the customers who were so nice to you all the time made it worth it for a while. The food is good and since I’ve gotten pregnant I’ve eaten there like at least once a month lol Wednesday is children’s night and they do arts and crafts and get their meals free! Would suggest you go and try it if you’re into Cincinnati style chili. If not they have alternatives including their cheese fries which are honestly some of the best friend I’ve ever had.

One of the few places in N Ohio where can get good sweet tea. Great place & enjoy their food very much

I grew up with Skyline Chili as a kid in Cincinnati. This place in Cleveland does Skyline Chili proud. It is clean, laid out well, easy to run through the line, get your food, and eat. The staff was very friendly and patient with my wife, who doesn't know Skyline, and she enjoyed the food just as much as she does when we make it at home. Well done Cleveland Skyline.

I lived in Cincinnati for a few years in the early 80s, and have had a taste for Skyline chili and cheese conies ever since. Introduced my son and 2 grandsons to it, and they have come to enjoy it as well. When one of them came home for Easter, Skyline was the first choice for lunch. Luckily, we have this one location not far from where they live. It's a well-kept version of the typical Skyline restaurant and I recommend it highly.

Best way to put it. It's just okay. The the prices are really good and the the amount of food is even better. But personally I feel like the cheese takes away from it. The chili is good but for someone who is trying it for the first time you might not be so keen of it's appearance. Overall it was good but not dying to have it again. Being from Philly I might just not be used to that kind of chili

Such an interesting way of eating chili, as it has no beans (if you get the classic 3-way) and had a little cinnamon taste to it. Fast and tasty, just don’t go everyday! 😂

The food is heartwarming here. I also like how all the ladies serving seemed to enjoy their jobs. They were eager to answer questions about the dishes. I definitely recommend for a taste of Ohio!

If you've never had Skyline Chili, and you want to try it, don't go in expecting chili. It's a Mediterranean spiced meat sauce ladled over spaghetti covered in shredded cheese. Add red kidney beans and chopped onions to make it a 5-way. Complete the experience by getting a Coney Dog.

Good and a fun new taste, but not great. The food was lukewarm so the cheese didn't melt all the way and I was picking pre-grated cheddar out of my teeth for hours. However, the style of the restaurant, with the little quasi-buffet, corner booths, and mini merch shelf was a refreshing change from most fast food stops. And the chili is so unique and cinnamon-y that I think it was well worth a visit. Their playing a football game AND playing music did give me a headache, though.

Old school skyline. Simple menu, no combo meals like other skylines in Columbus or Cincy. But still good

I like mine 4 way with onions and no beans. Love Skyline Chili and spaghetti. Tried their chili dogs and can't recommend them. To me, a chili dog has to have an all beef hot dog. Skyline doesnt use all beef hot dogs. But the Chili and Spaghetti is awesome!

Great food fast. Love the 3 -ways. Great Cincinnati tradition in Cleveland. Good options for kids as well.

I really like the Cincinnati style chili here, it's usually really good but, sometimes it's not as meaty as I like. The service is always great, the servers are always smiling and friendly. A small warning, if you get the 4 or 5 way with onions, everyone you run into for the rest of the day, will know that you have enjoyed some onions earlier. It's a craving food for myself, and an acquired taste for others, you don't know till you try!

Our first time. The manager gave us a sample of the 3-way. My wife ordered a 3-way potato. I had a small 3-way signature with a side of 2 conies. The food was tasty and service was excellent.

Tried for the first time today. Didn't particularly like the flavors used in the chili.

We’ve been wanting to try skyline chili for awhile now. My sister and my boyfriend have been too different ones and spoke so highly of it. Upon arriving we could see into the restaurant and the tables visible were all dirty. When we walked in the one employee mumbled. And when we told her we didn’t hear her she spoke to us as if we were incompentent to listen. The food was so cold. And the cheese wasn’t melted at all. The fries were horrible. And they had to bring us our change to the table because they didn’t know how to open the register. The lady was rude and made it seem like we were a bother for even coming in. Needless to say everything was disappointing and never returning again.

So good to get Skyline away from Cincinnati. It was different for us to not have a server take our order, but we figured it out and everything we ordered was delicious.

Food made my wife and I sick! Runny chili, over-priced & low quality! Lesson learned.
